Looking for land for lease/lease to buy

Carl and Rachael, in our 50's looking to start fresh or take over existing market gardens, spray free, organic practices, no till.
Any size land from 5 acres up would be considered as long as at least 2-3 acres flattish land. Eventually would like a mix of market gardens, pasture raised chickens, fresh flowers
Region looking: Dunedin/ Waitaki area, Otago
Do you have training?: Yes, no formal training but have had market gardens and helped other build farms for 20+ years
Do you have a business plan?: Yes we do, a few depending on where we can start and situation.
Farm Project Description: No till, organic market garden.
Pastured chickens (meat and eggs)
Flowers
Preferred Arrangement : Would be happy to consider any arrangement although, lease to own, sale or lease for cash / trade would be preferable.
Would also like opportunity to put tiny house on land also.
Duration of Desired Agreement: minimum 4-5years
Ideal date to Obtain Land by: early 2025
Production Type: vegetables , mixed
Land Use Practices: organic, no till

Preferred current state of the surface of the cultivable area: pasture or cultivated beds

Need Farm Building? : would consider any buildings but not essential.
Need Fenced Land?: yes
Need Farm Machinery and Tools?: No
Need Established Water Source and Infrastructure?: would be preferred.
Need On-site Housing?: would definitely consider farm and house as lease option, if not would drop a tiny house.
Soil Needs: Arable, clean no spray/chemicals,
Anything else you would like to add?: We would definitely like the option to buy the right land, with regard to setting up permanent infrastructure, irrigation, dams etc. the sooner we can get something permanent the better.
