General Description of Land: Hi, we have a sheep farm of rolling hills in beautiful scenery. Lovely mountain and bush views. We are seeking a person or couple to come and live on the property and do the sheep (and add beef) side of things. We are hoping for someone who wants to do it as organically as possible, with low animal stress, and mob grazing. The property is boundary fenced for sheep with around 8 paddocks, although much of it has an electric above (for cattle in the past I guess). Most paddocks have a pond, so some troughs needed for cattle which could also be portable. You would need to have access to funds to purchase the stock and portable fencing gear. Bobby calves is an option to start off with if you are experienced with that, space for 30 at a guess. Things can start small and build over time if desired.
