Join us to build just food and land-use systems in Aotearoa
As a member of Village Agrarians, you will be a part of a social movement that is working to support a food and land-use system in Aotearoa based on agroecology and food sovereignty with social and land justice at it’s heart.
Your membership supports all of our work. Through education, training and advocacy, we are contributing to the success of land workers and food producers, making more local, agroecological food available and accessible, and strengthening local communities.
Village Agrarians works to provide community knowledge exchange and training opportunities, land access, and on-farm internships in agroecological growing and farming. Find out more about what we are working on here.
Membership is open to all. We offer two types of membership: community and organisation/business.
Community Gardens can become business members for free!
We are excited to promote, on our member directory, the work of local, community-oriented businesses and organisations that help keep our communities fed and sustained (from compost to cafe to market garden), and we hope that our membership directory will offer a way that communities can support these food producers and retailers across the country.

CSA DIRECTORY: If you are a grower with a CSA or vegetable box scheme and would like to have a listing on our CSA directory as well, head on over to that page and fill out the listing information there and we’ll get you on both directories. If you are looking for a CSA in your area, please visit the CSA directory to find your nearest growers.
